Adding a Digital Store next to the Physical Store.

Sellers wanted to sell files, courses, PDFs and license codes, but Podro only supported physical goods. I designed the dual store model in the same panel. Seller flow: create, set type (file, link, code), upload, send, mark delivered.

Turning a showcase into a sales channel.

Explorer listed shops but got no orders. No categories, unclear purpose. I redesigned it around categories, scannable shop cards with OFF badges plus one CTA, and a trust block at the bottom.
